1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Guangzhou Mohuanke Trading Co., Ltd., Guangzhou, China, trading as MoFanke Supply (“we”, “us”). By submitting an order or accepting a quote you agree to these terms.

2. Business customers only

We sell to businesses — trades, installers, distributors and retailers — for resale or use in the course of business. By ordering you confirm you are acting in business, not as a consumer. Nothing in these terms excludes a right you have that cannot be excluded by agreement.

3. Quotes, orders and when a contract starts

Submitting the order form on this site is a request for a quote, not a binding order. It does not reserve stock and it does not fix a price.

A contract is formed only when we email you written confirmation that accepts your order and states the goods, the quantity, the freight and the total. If you need a purchase order number on the invoice, give it to us before we confirm.

We may decline an order — for example if stock has sold out, if the quantity is outside what we can produce in a reasonable time, or if the destination cannot be served.

4. Prices and currency

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Prices on product pages are for the goods only. Freight is additional and is quoted per order before you pay.
• Prices exclude Australian GST. Where GST applies to your order it is shown as a separate line on the invoice.
• Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one in your written order confirmation.
• Typography or display errors in a published price do not bind us; we will tell you before proceeding and you may cancel without charge.

5. Payment

We accept bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal invoice. We do not add a surcharge for either method. Payment is due before dispatch unless we agree credit terms in writing.

Bank charges applied by your bank or by intermediary banks are yours; we must receive the full invoiced amount. For PayPal, the amount we must receive is the full invoiced amount.

6. Delivery terms, duty and GST

• DDP (delivered duty paid) for consignments with a declared value under A$1,000: the freight we quote covers carriage, export clearance and import clearance charges. Nothing further is collected at delivery.
• DAP (delivered at place) for consignments over A$1,000: we deliver to your address, and import clearance charges, any duty and 10% GST are payable by you to the broker or carrier before release.

We will not divide one order into several shipments to keep each below A$1,000. The threshold is applied per consignment: goods to the same address on the same day are one consignment.

7. Dispatch and transit

• Goods in stock: dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment.
• Goods made to order: allow 10–15 days production before dispatch.
• Transit to Australia: 8–10 business days after dispatch. This is the carrier’s estimate, not a guarantee, and not a contractual delivery date.

Transit estimates are not a condition of the contract. We are not liable for loss caused by a delay in transit, including lost hire of installers or missed project dates. Please do not book labour against an estimate.

8. Risk and title

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address on the order, or, for DAP shipments, when they are handed to the carrier. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

9. Product information and tolerances

• Dimensions are nominal. Moulded polymer parts carry a normal manufacturing tolerance, and colour varies between batches.
• Screws are not included with any anchor or plug unless the product page says otherwise.
• Each product page states the wall type and the duty range the fixing is made for. Selecting the right fixing for the substrate and the load is the installer’s responsibility. A fixing used outside its stated substrate is not covered.
• Installation instructions describe the method we know to work. Where a pilot hole is required, the drill size depends on board thickness and on the installer’s method; your installer chooses it.

10. Returns

Returns, refunds and claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is handled as a return. Made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled once production has started, because the materials are cut for your order.

12. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the invoice value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contract, damage to property, personal injury arising from incorrect installation, or the cost of labour.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our control, including factory closure, Chinese New Year, epidemic control measures, port or carrier disruption, customs action, sanctions, or failure of a supplier. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund anything paid for goods not yet dispatched.

14. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, product photographs and dimension drawings — belongs to us. You may use our product photographs and specifications to resell our goods. You may not copy the site itself, or present our material as your own.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute arises, contact us first: most issues are resolved in one exchange of emails. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts of Guangzhou, China, have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when we confirm the order. We may update this page at any time; the date at the top shows the current version.
